It's been 6 weeks now and I still haven't recieved my code to claim my buds 2 pro after upgrading to Samsung galaxy s23. I have contacted o2 customer service an online chat and was promised both times I would receive my code I 48hrs which I haven't. It's an absolute joke. I never had any problems in over 10 years with virgin media. I have 4 more contracts for family members on this same account and am really considering ending them and switching to another network. I can see other people have had the same problem, has anyone managed to get the situation resolved?
