Good luck trying to find that out, @Villager007 - the links below take you to Social Media for O2, try one of those.

Also try the O2 My Network app, it can be setup to give you info, like this, received today, for a mast close to my place of work:

wifi calling is available for contract customers if it helps.

https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling

Also, WhatsApp can be used to call or message other WhatsApp users when connected to your wifi.
