i’m trying to add funds to my account on ps5 but i keep getting an error saying i’ve reached the spending limit o my mobile carrier service but after retrying it again i was able to add £5 and then had the same error again for hours until it let me add another £5.

There have been a lot of problems with charge to mobile recently.

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Hey i have the same issue and it's so annoying i even changed my credit limit to £500 weeks ago but still only shows as £100 and I just spoke to someone on chat and they changed it to £600 but still unable to purchase anything no matter the amount
