I purchased a pay as you go handset on 14th June and the phone stopped working after 1 week. I've been trying to request a repair/refund since Tuesday but the customer service never transfers me to the correct department and when I request to speak to a manager they hang up on me!!!!

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

Those numbers aren't getting me anywhere. Just stuck on a never ending loop trying to get through to the R&R department!
