Data network at my home is only 3G

My O2 network has always been ok at home, but last few months its been gradually getting worse. 

now i can only achieve 3G at my house. and even the 3G doesnt seem to want to load anything, its incredibly slow and most of the time wont load any pages or content. 

I live in Fleet Hampshire, and im close to the town center, so its not even like im in the middle of nowhere. 

ive dont the usual resets etc, and nothing seems to improve the situation. 

I have an Iphone 16Pro

any thoughts on how i can resolve this as being on O2 is worthless if it doesnt even work in my house?
