I bought an Apple Watch u2 from o2 and the data plan, never received a QR code been 7days, rang o2 today and they said I had to swap my card sim in my phone to an eSIM now to make the watch work on cellular, now I can’t even make it receive calls on my phone HELP!!!

That's a new one. I think we have every error code imaginable
It seem O2 just can't connect these things
Can only refer you back to customer services

Nothing works eSIM on phone is working now, but when trying to activate cellular data on watch it comes up with error code 91, getting very frustrating now
