Hi,
I’ve transferred my sons phone to a new device and it prompted me to transfer to eSIM which I did. It has now switched off the physical sim but not activated the eSIM and I can’t get through to O2 as out of hours. He needs the phone tomorrow. Any ideas?

Check in his My O2 to see if there is an esim awaiting activation.
If not, you'll need to contact O2 from 8.00am in the morning Guide: How to find help & contact O2 or go in store with photo ID.

The esim should be available in My O2
