Hi,
On Thursday 26th i updated my o2 contract to sim only. Today i received a message advising i have been disconnected. I have turned my phone on and off again and i still have no network. I cannot make/receive calls, texts, emails. I use my phone for work purposes ao I require this issue to be resolved ASAP.

If you requested a new sim card O2 will have automatically disconnected your current sim
Your only option is to contact them.
