DATA and Mobile Broadband

Any body else got no data or mobile broadband in Ramsgate area? I have 2 devices an iPhone and a 5 G router neither can connect to internet. My partner also has an iPhone and she cannot connect as well. Says network ok but no DATA. Contacting support is a joke
