Since my move from virgin to O2 my number has had the same problem
I can receive text make text and calls but can't receive call this has happened 3 time since July 2023 but this time it's been over a week and no answers arrw coming my way customer service are awful on O2

Have you had a new sim card?
If not, Pop into your local O2 store with photo ID.

Yes had a new some over a week ago.
Soke to them on Saturday said it would be done by the 6th Dec shocking response to a complaint from 22nd Nov

@MI5 suggested to @Spug-21 that he obtain a new SIM card, probably by visiting his local O2 retail store with photographic ID :-

Complaints have an eight week turnaround time so you should have a response to your complaint @Spug-21 in the second half of January.
Have either you @Spug-21 or @Blakeyh6087 made any progress with your substantive problem ?
