Hi I have had my Apple Watch series 8 since last Wednesday Mobile service plan says not in use. I have called o2 5 times and nobody can resolve this issue one member of o2 staff said "well you will just have to use it like this". This is unacceptable. This is my last resort because if the issue isn't resolved then I will be leaving o2.
My apple watch app mobile service shows 02 but states not in use and my apple watch states
PLAN no sim
STATUS No connection
Can anybody please help with this issue

I have the same issue and tech support haven't a clue. Extremely poor customer service from 02. I think I'll leave 02 myself if this is not resolved

thank you @gmakj I have spoke to o2 this am and getting a replacement watch sent out. not convinced this will solve issue but will give it a try.
