I have a £0 spend cap on my account. I was replying to a O2 customer services feedback text when the options of 'never allow' and 'always allow' came up to authorise the text to be sent. I clicked on 'never allow' and a brief message came up saying how to change this option. The text wasn't sent. I want to change the option so I can give glorious feedback for Nicole who helped me on Sunday with my new sim...
I can't find on my Samsung S20 FE where to change this in Settings, nor can I find a way to 'unblock' a number on the O2 app or website to permit it to be sent outside my spending cap settings.
I know you will have the answer. Thank you.

The text is free to send so it's not being blocked by a spend cap.
You can check the blocked number list in your message app or go into app preferences in settings and reset the message app to default.

You can also give feedback on here @Rozzi.
Was it from a store or through phoning customer services?
Can you help @LukasB @TheresaV ?
