My sons phone has been saying this message for the past 4 hours Downloading Do not turn off target it’s a Samsung S6

What was he doing just prior to this message?

It's usually safe to just reboot the phone.

I WOULD DEFINITELY DO A REBOOT AS THE PHONE MAY BE TRYING TO DOWNLOAD A SECURITY PATCH OR A LINK WHICH IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE
