unable to connect to the net whilst roaming

Not applicable
Able to use internet on wifi
But today and yesterday am unable to use net whilst roaming
Can make and receive phone calls
Have lg g3
Have checked service status - all fine
Have checked and all settings are as expected to allow internet browsing
Have done both soft and hard reset of the phone
All to no avail
Anyone got any ideas please?

Ok had sesh with o2 guru.
He said the apn wasn't working (as you advised)
Checked and it seems latest LG update was causing this
So he removed the software update and hey presto the apn I'd added had the little dot and I now have internet access!!

So this update both removed apn, and stopped you being able to add it again

You can have roaming on all the time if you wish - It makes no difference whilst at home

Of course...I wondered though if they were abroad whether it is maybe a network issue (even though the OP says it appears to be showing as OK) And whether we should know what country they were in...Smiley Embarassed..

Actually, I've just re-read the OP and I think they are in the UK but calling using mobile data "roaming".
If so, do you have a data symbol showing?
G, E, H, H+ etc.....?
