unable to connect to the net whilst roaming

Able to use internet on wifi
But today and yesterday am unable to use net whilst roaming
Can make and receive phone calls
Have lg g3
Have checked service status - all fine
Have checked and all settings are as expected to allow internet browsing
Have done both soft and hard reset of the phone
All to no avail
Anyone got any ideas please?

My error I'm not a technical person at all
I'm trying to access the internet in the UK
I've turned EVERYTHING on in an attempt to get it working
As I say it's literally last 2 days I've had the issue
All works on wifi
I'm at a loss

Have you retried downloading your data settings? Sometimes an update can screw them up.

Ok there wasn't anything set up for all
Just manually added and still nothing
When I go into chrome I get the following when I try too go to Google

Error code: ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED

But data is on

You need to make sure the green (or white) dot is lit up next to the apn you have just entered, then turn phone off and back on again.

Where would I see this light?
Have rebooted phone to no effect
