@robertgardnerIf you have done a sim swap is this to a new phone? Has your old phone lost signal?. If so you need to keep rebooting the other phone till you get the O2 signal on that.

Info here re sim swaps https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Sim-Swap-a-mini-guide-2017-update/ba-p/1060675

You can use your old phone/sim until the signal is lost.
At this point, switch to new phone/sim and restart every 30 mins until you get a signal.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@robertgardner If what you're asking is can you use your new sim in your old phone, then the answer is yes, if the sim is the same size. If your old sim that you swapped over was a different size, then no, you will have to get another new sim that is the size the old one was and swap it back.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

If that's e situation you could maybe use the new sim as it is a triple sim so you should be able to alternate to both phones
