Voicemail Not Working

Hi all,

Looking for advice.

I upgraded yesterday from my iPhone 6S to a OnePlus 6 and also had a tarrif change in the process.

The switch has gone smoothly and it's great to be back on an Android device.

So far, the only 'bug' is with voicemail - I keep getting alerts saying I have new voicemail, but when accessing it, there are no messages...

Any ideas why this is and/or how to resolve?

A couple of things to try, firstly turn off (1760) then back on again (1750), if that doesn't work, call yourself from another phone and leave a message, then listen to it and delete it.

Hi @EmilieT thanks for the welcome.

I thought it had worked, but getting into the office again this morning, I've had more notifications come through, but no actual voicemails.

Not sure if having really poor signal affects this? thinking
