Hello.

I am on a device and tariff plan in which I am now able to unlink my tariff plan as it's been 24 months.

I have 2 other lines on my account, am I able to unlink my tariff that's hit 24 months and migrate my number to one of my other plans?

If this is not possible can I unlink, take out a new line and move my number to that new line?

I spoke to customer service via the app who said it's not possible? I thought if I unlink my tariff it would get put onto a pay as you go automatically, so I could then port that number to one of my other lines or to a new connection? Is this not possible? As I don't want to lose my number it's such hassle having to tell everyone and update my number everywhere

You just need to migrate the number to one of your other lines.

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

Best to engage O2 on social media to do this as online chat and phone based customer service are currently useless.
