Sim only plan

I have purchased a sim only plan for my current phone, all the paperwork has been sent to me via email, the sim plan has been placed in my basket, do I have to check out of my basket, I thought it was already ordered via the operator?

Resolved! Cold Call?

Good Morning I have received a call from 0330 303 5315 claming to be O2 and offering me a reward for my loyalty. 52 seconds into the call the line went dead. Can you confirm if this is an O2 number (or partner) or a scam caller? Thanks

I recently had a change to my tariff but instead of my payments going through my o2 account they are being collected by a company called PLAN.com, is this right?

Number not registered
