Resolved! April 2024 price increase

Hi all, Thanks for any help - I'm an ex Virgin customer and as such have a "bolt on" discount. Will I retain this after the porcine increase? The figure quoted on my increase notification suggest s not. I've tried O2 chat / phone call with no reply.

I've just had a phone call from someone saying they are from o2 and saying they are going to give me a 40% discount on my tariff for 12 months. All I have to do is click on the link in the text they will send me. Is this a scam?

Bolt Ons
