SIM swap not working

I changed my plan and asked to use my current SIM. It seems the order has been put down for an eSIM which my device does not support. It is now 36 hours and I am unable to use my phone as there is no service. I need this to be urgently resolved as I use my phone for work. Please help!

Fastest way is to go in store with photo ID and get a plastic sim there.

I was 15 minures bur that diid include a chat about the state of O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
