My phone will not charge, I can not get it repaired as shops are all closed, and in all honesty would probably cost more to fix than phone is actually worth. Can I cancel my payment untill I get new phone,when shops are open again. I have not use it in ages.

@Lusqua

Firstly check for debris in charging port or consider buying a new charger.

If none of that works, then you have to send it for repair.

You won't  be able to cancel payment either.

You could call O2 on the numbers in this guide but I'm sure they will only offer a repair.

I have used 3 different chargers and checked port and it looks fine, the phone is old and the cost of repair would be more than the phone is actually worth Nokia 3, I have 2 months to run on contract, they are welcome to the £30, but I will go elsewhere if they are going to be padantic.
