the response or lack of it from o2 re previous issues posted by me continues. they deny me access to support online or by phone and the only time i get thru is by pretending its not me . and the odd occassion i spoke to support as soon as i amend my details and my profile appears there attitude and response time changes dramatically . i have conversations copied and filed if anyone wants a copy sent let me know. meantime sign up with which campaign on communication providers . stop the theft.

As some of the other users advised you in your other thread its not possible to get customer service on these forums. The staff here do not have access to customer account information. 

 

You should contact customer services for further assistance. Contact information for O2 can be found here

 

Also if you are unhappy with the service you have received you can make a complaint if you wish. You can also have a rant on the forums but please remember to follow the community guidelines when posting.
