Voice mail access on a SIM

My Galaxy S4 is on a SIM only deal but for some reason I can not get my voice mail messages. I have dialed 901 but will not connect. Any ideas please?

how long till phone is cut off

Hi 02 recived my phone back Monday 12th Ocotber and I know they have put through the cancellation process. Does anyone know how long bedore the number does not exist. As when you rign it still goes through to voice mail.
