trying to pay my phone bill (was disconnected) however cannot access myo2, is this just on my end or is it down?

It does shut down for maintenance and updates around midnight. It's available at the moment definitely so it could be that you have no access if you have been disconnected.
Give customer service a call around 8 - 8,30 in the morning.
