I have purchased an upgrade from another retailer, my order is now showing on MyO2.  Do O3 automatically amend my old contract?

Yes it will be automatically updated within between a few hours or a few days, just keep an eye on myo2..

So long as you did it as an upgrade and not as a new deal/contract...

@berya1_6 I'm in a similar position, I need a new phone but they won't let me upgrade without I pay £181 off on my current device plan.

 

And because Dad's got a cob on about my spending habits, he won't let me pay the 181 quid and get shot of O2 in general.
