 hi, I opened a pay monthly last week for my son and he wants to keep his old number. I have the PAC code, how do i go about changing the number.

 

I already the the sim card from o2.

@Mig the online form hasn't been working recently so we'd suggest calling 202 for this.

I had to phone 202, it took them around 5 days as it was over the festive period. Although I did receive a text the other day saying it was switching over (about 35 days after it being done). I think the system is a little bit glitchy!
