cancelling contract

My 2 year contract is coming to an end. Unfortunately the upgrade deals I was offered weren't competitive enough so I am looking at alternative options. Do I need to cancel the contract with you on the 2 year anniversary or will it stop automatically?

I assume you will change your phone number from contract to PAYG?
If so, this will end your contract.....

Yes,changing from contract to PAYG retaining same number.I have to phone O2 to activate sim when I've put it in the phone and they take £10 out of my account & put it on sim.So would they then acknowledge my phone number has gone from contract to PAYG then and only look for £10 as opposed to my current contract £££'s ? The number hasn't been terminated just previous terms.

Was about to ask if those new details on the supplied new P & G sim would be ok to use if I purchased the iPhone 6 Plus, but it's a different sim size from the iPhone 5 I believe,is that correct ?

Both take the nano SIM so same size, the 4S was the last iPhone to use a different size slight_smile
