Paid off my contract and left O2 ages ago. Still get monthly bills by email and text for £0

This is driving me insane. I have left O2 a long while ago  as I paid off my contract and my device. Yet every month without fail O2 text me and email me to say "Hey your bill is ready" and every time is £0. HOW DO I STOP IT?!

Its a known bug, as I keep kept getting them for closed down switch ups and its caused by 3 year device warranties.. 

You need to find someone who can remove them and close the accounts, it may be best to go direct to the complaints review service, as normal CS dont have a clue how to deal with this and will fob you off
