£8.38 has just been charged to my account on top of monthly plan, how do I find out what this is for?

You should be able to see in My O2

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

It should say in your MyO2 billing section, or 

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302.

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
