Finding a contract

I can't track down a specific contract for a phone account. O2 has allegedly got the contracts, but the 'links' on MyO2 don't open, and the contrct I want isn't there anyway. I got sent a copy after requesting on the WebChat, but the email didn't have an attachment. Any suggestions? Yhanks
