I had someone ring from Carphone Warehouse the other day as I’m due for a upgrade, they put me on a 9g sim only deal for £21 and I’ve found the same deal on uswitch with Disney+ free for £10 can I ask them to change me over to this offer?

Contract

Iv rang over two weeks ago and had my number changed over to new contract but why are you still billing me for old phone contract still? Have now cancelled direct debit.

Stopping use

I pay the monthly bill for a phone, I want to stop that phone being used temporarily. I was told this was possible, can anyone help?Thanks

free extra

I signed up to a new tariff that said I could add an extra for free. On of the extras listed was calling abroad. Now I have signed up for the tariff the only extras showing as avialble in my account are Disney. How do I get my free calling abroad?

so I upgraded with carphone warehouse and received my new Samsung s20 along with a new 5g chip which gave me instructions as to how to do my sim swap..fast forward 2 days and my sim still hasn't swapped over and both sims are still working im so conf...

My o2 data completely disappeared off my contract

Ever since last night my data part of a 40gig package completely disappeared as if it is not included. Bizarre!! No 4G, only calls & texts on the app.. can’t get through to O2.

My contract is finishing or it might have finished

Hi thereMy contract was finishing in March or it might have finished and I dont wanted to continue to pay the same amount again. Could anybody help me what to do if I need sim only deal or pay as you go...thank you.
