Contract

Iv rang over two weeks ago and had my number changed over to new contract but why are you still billing me for old phone contract still? Have now cancelled direct debit.

Stopping use

I pay the monthly bill for a phone, I want to stop that phone being used temporarily. I was told this was possible, can anyone help?Thanks

free extra

I signed up to a new tariff that said I could add an extra for free. On of the extras listed was calling abroad. Now I have signed up for the tariff the only extras showing as avialble in my account are Disney. How do I get my free calling abroad?

My o2 data completely disappeared off my contract

Ever since last night my data part of a 40gig package completely disappeared as if it is not included. Bizarre!! No 4G, only calls & texts on the app.. can’t get through to O2.
