My 02 signal has been really up and down on my iPhone the past couple of
days but other family members have been fine. Do you think I could get a
replacement iPhone as this could be an issue with the phone?
Ordered an item earlier this afternoon and it is down to be delivered
tomorrow but I still haven’t got a dispatch email as it is still in the

My phone bill is paid into my mum’s bank account and I give her the
money but I would like to change it so that the money is coming straight
out of my bank account instead. How do I go about that?
If you want to upgrade early, is it as easy as just trading in an old
iPhone (11 pro Max) and paying the rest of the upgrade off by card/cash
payment or do you actually have to keep paying it off monthly along with
your new tariff?
It is now saying that it has been delayed and to contact the sender, but
I can’t speak to 02 because they are limiting calls to just fraud and
lost items
