I have just moved to O2 and now can no longer contact one number... my wife. I have chescked that she hasnt blocked me, I have put my SIM in a different phone and couldnt contact her, I have updated my Iphone and have carried out all the guidance apple has given me. I've changed my wife's mobile provider which worked until her old number ported and again I could not get through. It appears to be the only number I am having a probelem with as it comes up with 'call failed'.
I am having trouble raising it with O2 due to Coronavirus, I was given a number to call for O2 technical support 0870 521 4000 and this number also came out as 'call failed' but that could be due to teh number not being available any more.
Has anyone had a simiialr experience or knows how to resolve?

She has blocked you
She needs to open the call app and then go into settings, check blocked numbers there
