I ordered 2 x iPad Pro (2020) on Saturday afternoon, selected delivery for Tuesday 14th. All confirmed. I realised after ordering that my old email address was being used, so I updated it. However I didn’t receive any email confirmations, assume they were sent to my old email address. Not an issue because I assumed I would be able to track the delivery status in the app.

Unfortunately, the app shows the headers in tracking, I.e. order number, status etc. But no details next to any of the fields, only the header.

I received a watch I ordered on Sunday, through o2, but not the Ipads. I’ve also received no delivery notification for the iPads whatsoever. I cannot speak to anyone from o2 because of their limited support right now.

How can o2 sell you an item, take upfront costs, assign a delivery date and then provide you with no update whatsoever. Feeling very annoyed by the whole experience to be honest. Anybody had this issue in the past?

It's more than likely they are out of stock contrary to what the website states.

Not really, it's the truth.

because when I ordered mine it said they had it in stock. After they took £500 from me, then they send an email saying it's out of stock and to get back my money will take 10 working days

so yeah, and Apple uk said they will have stock next week, I really hope so that's the case with o2 too.

otherwise I will be bringing legal action as I was sold something that they did not have, false advertising. My brother is a lawyer and he said that's illegal. Considering I am not the only one with this issue, that's ground for class action

@rogargaro O2 are known for not having a real time ordering system, so if for example they have 10 in stock at midnight, and sell 10 by 8am the site will still show in-stock until their next update (which we don't know how often this happens).

We, as fellow customers, have many times requested they upgrade to real time stock, but it is yet to happen.

The 10 days to get your money back should be worst case, hopefully you'll get it back sooner.
