Order not recieved

I ordered something on 9/4 understanding it was bank holiday weekend and next day delivery was 14/4 yet I'm still to receive my item.. Anyone else had issues with delivery? On my o2 tracking it says that the status is complete

Most people are experiencing delays with delivery.  You will get an email when they are ready to dispatch your item and then you can track it here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/how-to-track-your-order
