Contacting O2 when phone has been cut off

I am unable to pay my bill due to coronavirus, o2 has cut me off and now I cant contact them to discuss. Even when I tried using a housemates phone, the line when dead and the automatic system hung up.... can anyone help with any other ways of contac...

Re: Reduction in bill when contract ends

My contract expires on 5th April 2020. Will my bill be reduced automatically because of this and can I still use my phone as normal?Thanks.

I had someone ring from Carphone Warehouse the other day as I’m due for a upgrade, they put me on a 9g sim only deal for £21 and I’ve found the same deal on uswitch with Disney+ free for £10 can I ask them to change me over to this offer?

Iv rang over two weeks ago and had my number changed over to new contract but why are you still billing me for old phone contract still? Have now cancelled direct debit.
