Outstanding balance

I left o2 a few months ago and was told there is a balance remaining on the account but I've not received a letter and cant ring the customer service to find out. Any ideas?

Data Allowance reduced mid-contract

My 2 year contract is half way through and when I signed up I had 75GB of data, this month My O2 app is only showing 25GB data allowance, has anyone had this issue?Thanks
