Add insurance

I bought a phone about 2 weeks ago from Carphone Warehouse, but now o2 has stopped working with them and I want to buy insurance but I assume I have to do it through o2 now? I have tried to do this online but the only possible way I can find is through the phone, how do I go about this since it’s not considered an urgent matter (as I only have 28 days to buy it)?

I would not bother with O2 insurance. Shop around online and get insurance via that route. You will find far better deals.

You can't add it now with either O2 or cpw..
Search on Google for insurance, check your home insurance or see if it is offered with your bank account.
