question. How else are people supposed to call you when the line is disconnected? I made a payment well over two hours ago and my service has still NOT been reconnected. And customer lines are only accepting calls regarding fraud

I signed up 3 months and 13 days ago and was GUARANTEED an upgrade in 3 months with no credit checks. Now I'm being informed that it'll be another 2 months 17 days until this is possible. What can I do? I feel I've been cheated and lied to!

Upgrade today and O2 will pay device plan

Hi, it says on my mobile O2 app that if I upgrade my device today that O2 will pay the remaining device balance (mine is £36) but when I click upgrade it tells me I have to pay the £36 in order to upgrade? How does this work, any help please
