Why am I being charged when I closed my account a year ago

Hi All,

 

closed my account this time last year but as the account was part of a business I closed, I forgot to pay the remaining amount off and then a payment company contacted me. That’s fine, I paid what I owed and phoned O2 to tell them. They closed my account too. 
now a year later I’ve received an email to say I owe them approximately £25!!!! What on earth is going on and how do I stop this. Any help would be useful. I’ve got to phone them tomorrow as I’ve only just seen the email but I just can’t believe the incompetence.

No one can help you from this customer to customer forum, you will need to speak to Customer Services, if a consumer account call the Payment Management on 0800 902 0217  if a Business Account call 0800 977 7337
