Hi, I brought an s23 ultra back on the 14th of June. supposed to get a £1 bud within 30 days, but still nothing can explain why this is, please,
It looks like I'm not the only one who has been mis-sold a contract and not receiving the goods they were meant to
Apparently, this offer has been extended till 5th September, is this correct?
Please advise ASAP as I believe financial mis-selling is illegal

YOU will need to call customer services in the morning on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.
But bare in mind the terms said after 30 days and not within 30 days.
