With virgin using wifi for messaging or phone calls using signal or whatsapp in uk or anywhere in the world is free. 02 has no details published for this... can anyone confirm
Virgin have never had hotspots all over the world if that is what you mean, but if you mean just WiFi connectivity then yes the same applies to o2 and all mobile Networks.
This only applies to WiFi and not Mobile Data..
