Hi All,
closed my account this time last year but as the account was part of a business I closed, I forgot to pay the remaining amount off and then a payment company contacted me. That’s fine, I paid what I owed and phoned O2 to tell them. They closed my account too.
now a year later I’ve received an email to say I owe them approximately £25!!!! What on earth is going on and how do I stop this. Any help would be useful. I’ve got to phone them tomorrow as I’ve only just seen the email but I just can’t believe the incompetence.
