How does Switch Up work for phones with long delivery times?
I want the 16 Pro Max but there's no delivery expected for 3 weeks at least. If I pay the £1.00 up front fee, go through the motions etc, will O2 expect me to send in my existing device now, or when I take delivery of the new phone?
I've looked on the main site but no luck getting an answer! Just explanations on how to do it, but nothing for my specific situation
