Q. What about the new Apple Watch Series 10 & Apple Watch Ultra 2?

A. You can pre-order now and get these from Friday 20 September 👉 www.o2.co.uk/shop. They will be also available to buy now from 8am on Friday 20 September.

Q. What about the new Airpods 4?

A. You can pre-order now to get this from Friday 20 September 👉 www.o2.co.uk/shop. They will be also available to buy now from 8am on Friday 20 September.

Q. Can I use O2 Switch Up on the new iPhone?

A. O2 Switch Up is available from pre-order online and in store. Customers who order online will need to send their old phone back when they receive their new phone. Inshore you pay the deposit, and on collection day you do the upgrade / switchup / new contract

Might be worth adding something in around IOS 18 and in particular RCS support on o2 as still with the RC Build there is still no support for RCS on IOS on o2, and this will start getting asked about from the 20th Sept when ISO 18 is released
