Resolved! Travelling to US

Hi I’m a pay monthly customer with O2. I’m going to the USA for three weeks. do I need to add a special travel package for data and calls when I’m in the USA, or is it already included in my plan? thanksjamie Richards

Resolved! Sim card not received

I have been charged a monthly fee for a new number that I have taken out but I am yet to receive the sim card.

Sim only plan

I have purchased a sim only plan for my current phone, all the paperwork has been sent to me via email, the sim plan has been placed in my basket, do I have to check out of my basket, I thought it was already ordered via the operator?

Resolved! Cold Call?

Good Morning I have received a call from 0330 303 5315 claming to be O2 and offering me a reward for my loyalty. 52 seconds into the call the line went dead. Can you confirm if this is an O2 number (or partner) or a scam caller? Thanks

O2 Billing through plan.com

I recently had a change to my tariff but instead of my payments going through my o2 account they are being collected by a company called PLAN.com, is this right?

Hi there, I have been with O2 for over 15 years and recently changed to EE after being unsatisfied with the size of my Bill from O2. What would O2 offer me to get me back on a Sim only unlimited data contract please? Thank you

I recently agreed a change of contract with Virgin Media and they have signed me up for an O2 account but I have not received a SIM card. Please advise anticipated delivery arrangements.

Number not registered

I've had my phone for approx. 3 years now, on a 24 month contract. My phone has recently stopped working so looking for an upgrade but my account does not recognise my number. Not sure what to do here!
