I ordered a pay monthly sim through Uswitch, however when I go into my “My O2” account, there are no orders. I would just like to check weather the sim has actually been ordered as I don’t want to be charged for a sim that isn’t even registered to me.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
