Itemised bill for closed mobile acvount

Hi, I left O2 approximately 3 months ago but now need a fully itemised bill (that covers the period from 12 Jan 24 until the contract end date) for a dispute with a 3rd party. Can you help with this? Thanks, Vineet

Cancel phone insurance

Hi, my Samsung phone started playing up a year ago, actually didn’t realise I was paying for insurance; I ended up buying a new phone and see no point in carrying on paying for insurance for a phone that’s shoved in the cupboard
