Voicemail & hotspot not working

Since updating my account to monthly sim only, my voicemail and personal hotspot have both stopped working.

My connection is also very poor - often I’m unable to stream videos from my phone.

I'm guessing this is an iphone and you have the wrong data bolt on

You need to call and ask them to change the bolt on to idata

I seem to have the correct data bolt on. Why do you think that would be effecting my voicemail & hotspot? Thank you.

Have you called them?

The data bolt on affects both VVM and Hotspot.

I have My O2 - it states I have unlimited data. I’m not sure what this would effect voicemail & personal hotspot? I am able to connect to the internet.

You need iData, not unlimited.

I have tried to call them, but it says they are only taking calls for contract renewals / cancellations. I will try again
